CityLights are bunch of guys who worship the ideals of dirty rock’n’roll and hardcore.
It’s quite obvious given all members come from the industrial suburbs of Prague where filth and drug dealing is part of everyday.
The band formed in 2009 and after couple of rehearsals that were more drinking sessions than actual rehearsals the guys decided to record their first EP “Dickcheese” containing two songs. The EP was released by the band in 2010. CityLights then started playing their stuff live anywhere where was power – from squats to clubs, from villages to big cities.
In 2011 the band left for their first tour of the neighboring countries – Slovakia and Poland where they were well-received by the local scene. First video “Paper Anchor” saw light in 2011.
EP “Battles” is released in 2012 and it contains 5 songs including another single “My Dear” that is later accompanied by the video. Their most acclaimed single “Sugar Hill” is released in 2013 along with the video shot by Igor Zacharov. The video caught attention of local and national music TV channels and was included in the regular broadcast rotations. In 2013 the bassplayer Jendys decides to leave the band due to the personal reasons and Farky joins the band (ex Clou). The band catches second wind and starts writing new material. They record new EP that is planned to be released in autumn 2014 along with two single videos. The European tour is planned in support of the EP. The guys supported acts such as Cancer Bats or Stick To Your Guns at their Czech shows.

This is all footage from Skatopia's Bowl Bash. They gave us the opportunity to play both nights and basically headline the second night. Never have I seen so much crazy shit and met such awesome people in such a short time.
The first night we all did LSD and hauled our gear down a huge muddy hill in the pouring rain, then played in that packed barn while the rain slammed on the roof, and people moshed as hard as they skated that bowl.
We are coming in hot with some classic throwback fails! This compilation pretty much has it all: karate fails, skateboarding fails, golfing mishaps, and much more!
Hockey goalies truly are a breed of their own. Being individuals in a team sport, they are often labeled as weird and quirky. A special nature that worked well for Nino Helfrich, not only in sports but also in music. After dropping the hockey stick and picking up the guitar, Nino Helfrich reached a high technical level, thus being self- taught playing only for five years.
The release of his debut album 'Dead Bodies In Motion' marked the beginning of his solo career in 2016. With his technical yet melodic instrumental music, he’s in good company having worked with US-based guitar virtuoso Angel Vivaldi. On his second album 'Hourglass' Helfrich worked with several guest-singers including Björn Strid of Soilwork, Chris Clancy of Mutiny Within and Wearing Scars, as well as Christoph Wieczorek of Annisokay.
Started in 2008 at first it was Marko, Ray, Skip, and Greg... it was all for fun... getting drunk on the back roof of Chef Sau, jamming all night! After a while Mark was the only one left wanting to make music. So he recorded "crappy punk-rock" in late 2008. Since then he's put out 17 albums, 2 E.P.s, and has been on countless compilations... and finally after years of searching M.A.T.B. is no longer a one man band... in the spring of 2016 Kyle Donnelly (Bass) and Paul LaCroix (drums) jumped on board. They released an e.p. and in the winter of 2016 they had a line up change and introduced nick latour into the band as the new drummer while paul moved to lead guitar. In the spring of 2017 kyle decided to leave the band, so paul has taken over on bass. They're releasing the new album "Every Path" in the fall of 2017...
Israeli-born Hagar Levy moved to Antwerp, Belgium, at the age of one, where she spent the first 15 years of her life. Music, and mostly the piano, has always been her tool to find release as well as an authentic identity and voice. Hagar’s lyrics, melodies and harmonies are deeply influenced by female rockers and neo-soul pioneers such as Fiona Apple, Tori Amos, Erykah Badu, Sade, Jill Scott and Alicia Keys.
Her debut album was released in 2015 and received warm reviews both in Israel and worldwide. Hagar’s latest project is a live session with three singles which became highlights at solo- and band shows in the past year.
