Blanket Hill - 1038
Blanket Hill were founded in 2014 in Luxembourg. The five members, Sven, Max, Ornello, Guy and David mix personal and common influences to created a crushing blend of metal and hardcore with certain elements drawing from other genres.
After the release of 2015’s “Kaizen” EP which garnered a multitude of great reviews, the band toured Europe, pleasing audiences in countries such as Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands, and the UK for the first time in 2016. After the first batch of UK shows, the band was immediately booked for a second UK tour in October of the same year, due to the great response garnered during the first run. All of this resulted in the band generating quite the following early after their inception.
In 2017, the band released a new EP entitled “Trenches Of Reality” with the help of British label Negative Reaction Records, to yet again rave reviews and toured Europe immediately after its release, gaining fans in places such as Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. In October 2017 the band embarked on their third UK tour, again to great response.
Having played, supported and toured with bands such as The Ghost Inside, Jesus Piece, No Turning Back, Brutality Will Prevail, Cruel Hand, Grove Street Families, Swamps, Hawser, Worst and many more, Blanket Hill are restless and relentless, convincing audience after audience of their infectious sound and they don't seem to be slowing down anytime soon.
