Drones are one of the most exciting new punk bands emerging from the UK, breaking the mold with socio-politically charged messages and a turning heads up and down the country with their much talked-about live reputation. Having previously supported the likes of Neck Deep, Marmozets, Gallows, Funeral for a Friend, Mallory Knox and Young Guns - plus headlining tours of their own in the UK and Europe - the band will step up their game in March 2018 when they reveal their brand new LP 'Exiled'. Lois explains of the ambitious new concept record: "'Exiled' is a collection of songs that we began writing after being struck by the misery of the European refugee crisis. Some of the songs are written from the perspectives of fictional characters of those impacted by the crisis, and others of those who prefer to distance themselves from it."
Latest single "Rorschach" and previous tune "Territories" are just tasters of what to expect on 'Exiled'. With a record under their belts that is sure to open minds and spark debate, Drones don't plan on sitting on the fence politically or musically any time soon...
