As It Is - The Reaper feat. Aaron Gillespie
I’m staring Death in his eyes.
I watch the world cave in,
drained like the colour from my skin.
Is this real?
Is this really happening?
I used to sing his praise,
but now there’s no sweetness in his name.
He’s been dying to show me to my grave.
Now,
what I see and what I dream,
they don’t align.
Now,
face to face,
my mistakes come to life.
(Will I survive?)
I feel the floor give way;
nothing but he and I remain,
and I see the expression on him change.
He leaves my wrists untied,
offers his hand,
and he tells me to decide.
Now I’m begging him let me keep my wasted life,
please,
it’s not my time.
RUN - Life Of Ignorance
What happened to clarity
Broken Perception distort reality
Question the motives
How are you blind to depravity
Question morality
How is this considered humanity
You Live in fear
Of another’s beliefs
Crush the Oppression
The faceless the nameless
Your answers bring us pain
Your choices Malicious contempt
Scorn in the eyes
We’re nothing to you
Spent waiting to know
We are all suffering is it all worth it
worthless Ruthless no truth
End your existence
Separate yourself by nationality, by tradition only breeds violence.
Life of ignorance
Unzucht - Du Fehlst
On the new album “Akephalos”, named after a headless demon from ancient Greek mythology, Unzucht have created an effective fusion of Dark-Rock, Indie-sounds and modern Metal-onslaughts.
A lot of folklore legends picture an Akephalos as a headless ghost that cannot find rest. It is rather fortunate, then, that Unzucht have not approached their new album in a headless fashion at all, as each of the 11 songs hits the mark spot on. A certain restlessness is exactly what the songs draw their relentless energy from, though. More than ever before, the lads invoke a melting pot of different styles to bring their German language Rock-anthems to life. From “Neue Deutsche Härte”- and Industrial-elements in “Fleisch und Ruinen”, via the Melodic-Hardcore-foundation of “Projektil”, or the first single “Nela” that fuses Alternative-Rock with modern Metal-attacks, right up to the Indie-Rock-meets-Synth-Pop anthem “Der schmale Grat” - Unzucht love zigzagging between unexpected genre leaps and still manage to stay true to their darkly tinged trademark sound. Sometimes hard and straight in your face, sometimes unabashedly emotional, Unzucht steer their ship wherever their hearts lead them. Carried by the fiery voice of Der Schulz, the band does not care too much about adhering to genre clichés which makes them stick out of the crowd in a most refreshing manner.
Architects - Modern Misery

This is Halloween (Metal cover by Leo Moracchioli)
This is Halloween (Metal cover by Leo Moracchioli). Written by Danny Elfman.
Hi there, my name is Leo and run a studio on the westside of Norway where I do music and video stuff for youtube. I also have a band called Frog Leap, where we do my metal covers live.
For my covers I play everything myself as well as record, mix, master, shoot and edit the music & videos.
Music studio in Norway that does music covers, records bands, mix, master, do videos and live entertainment.
Taxi Joe - Pain
A group of lads from South London, Taxi Joe are all about hooks, big guitars and feelings. Lots of feelings.
Having been together for over a decade, the band started out with Joe Acres and Louis Morgan recording their first track at school. After a chance meeting in Clapham, Devid Dell’Aiera joined the family and the lads have been fortunate enough to showcase their music across the UK and Italy. Taxi Joe have grown and disciplined themselves into explosive performers and as a fierce writing team. With feelings. Lots of feelings.
The band has been fortunate to open for the legendary Peter Green of Fleetwood Mac for his UK tour.
TJ are currently in the studio working on their brand new EP due for release in the spring of 2018. This will mark the first official tracks to be written with their new guitarist, Tommy London, who has an impressive amount of feelings.
Their influences are pretty eclectic, ranging from blues, soul, pop and Britpop. Their songs lead the sound, telling stories about modern city life with defiant optimism.
‘Of course there’s stuff in life that wants to hurt you or hold you down but it’s not going to stop us because we’re still going to love it, regardless. That’s what this band does, that’s what we’re about.’ - Joe
Good Charlotte - Self Help
Good Charlotte have dropped another video- their fourth from their recently released album 'Generation Rx'.
The lyrics for 'Self Help' deal with heavy themes around the search for meaning and self-actualisation, and the video adds to that narrative. The video follows a boxer as he works to better himself and his mind- t’s a glance into the demanding perseverance that it takes to overcome self-doubt, depression, personal frustration, and other mental health issues.

Can't Swim - Sometimes You Meet The Right People At The Wrong Times
Участники группы:
Vocals & Guitar: Chris LoPorto
Guitar: Mike Sanchez
Bass: Greg McDevitt
Guitar: Danny Rico
“Sometimes You Meet the Right People at the Wrong Times” Lyrics:
I am jet lagged from nights of over sleeping
I am not sure about the women I’ve been seeing
I don’t say the things I often mean
Locked down prisoned by my own thoughts
I am dead broke can money buy my time back
I don’t say the things I often mean
The writings on the photo that you gave to me
Is all I have left
The message that I read is that you still believe
You wrote it on the picture of both you and me
I said I had to go you said you don’t agree
With broken glass beneath my feet
Why did I leave
I am homesick from sleeping on the floor boards
I am up late with memories I can’t ignore
I don’t say the things I often mean
I threw away the photo that you gave to me
Casey - The Funeral

UDK - Like Rats
Участники группы:
Alejandro Espinosa: Vocals/Guitar
Rodrigo Albornoz: Guitar
Claudio Leiva: Bass
Rodrigo Leiva: Drums
After a split in 2008, Alejandro and Rodrigo (Both guitarists and original members), decided to give a new try to the project, re-joining in a rehearsal room to dust-off the songs included in UDK´s first two albums ('Hand that Feeds'/2004 and 'From Sacred to Profane'/2008 ).
Chemistry was intact, and it seemed that the last rehearsal wouldn’t have been seven years ago, but the day before.
The writing process did not took much time, so quickly many riffs surfaced to their hands shaping ten new songs that led the band to record a brand new album.
Between April and July of this year, UDK finishes the mixing process of 'Burnt Cradles' the chosen name for this new record that will bring back the band on stage for the next months.
A video for the first single called “Like Rats” is released, and the band starts the promotion duties of the video and album, while scheduling as many dates as possible to tour the rest of 2018 and whole 2019.
Revenge Of The Psychotronic Man - Planet Earth II
Stupidly fast punk from Manchester in the UK. Formed in 2004 and splitting up at the end of 2018, the band have played pushing 600 gigs, released four full length albums and a series of splits and EPs, including a BBC live session. It has been silly, but it has also been a life changing experience meeting so many like minded people and bands.
Writing The Future - The Eternal Chase For The Big Dream
Hailing from Gothenburg, Sweden, this band has found the balance between good bone-breaking metalcore, and fresh, brutal melodies with their own touch!
Writing The Future started off in the beginning of 2010 with one common intention - To deliver their music with passion, and to tear up every stage they set foot on.
With numerous gigs supporting several well-established bands under their belt, and being one of the most intense acts live, Writing The Future is a force to be reckoned with!
Down With Rent - Scooter Kid Death Machine
Hardcore/punk from central CT. Bringing a pointed message back to a genre that is continually churning out bullshit instead of creating something real.
Four kids who started a punk band after two of them met at CCSU in 2013. They dragged in two other schmucks, and the rest was history. Their full-length LP "Entitled Millennial Scum" was released on Bandcamp on July 3rd, 2018 after a few demos and EP's in the years leading up.
Down With Rent utilize a wide range of musical influences to bring a substantial and explosive message back to modern punk music.
Isölation Party - Pointing Fingers
Isolation Party, four piece Garage Punk band out of London, Ontario, influenced by the sonic palette of Guided By Voices, writing style of The Replacements and attitude of The Demics.
Formed in 2015 as a recording project by Rob Brake, the lineup was solidified by the inclusion of songwriter Josh McQuade who contributed to what would become the first music video “Tina’s Ballad”. Further lineup additions were made with the addition of London musicians Jake Jackman and Preston Lobzun to cover drums and bass respectively.
Bankrupt - Paranoia, Panic, Propaganda
Melodic punk rock from Budapest with influences ranging from the Ramones to the Living End.
Paranoia, panic, propaganda
Ready for the brainwash? Do the mantra
Don’t act like a prima donna
It’s legal, unlike marijuana
Paranoia, panic, propaganda
Hatemonger extravaganza
Half baked truth and little white lies
I can see through your disguise
Can we make it go away?
And send them on a holiday / Can we please do it today?
I know we can
Here comes the leader of the nation
He understands the situation
And has no fear of crossing lines
Or lies repeated a thousand times
In times of trouble it’s a war you need
These are times of trouble indeed
Live in fear and die in style
Directed by Leni Riefenstahl
Sessions - Cheeto in Charge
Sessions are a three piece skate punk band formed in September 2017. These geriatric punks have been part of the local music scene for decades. Sessions released a self titled EP in June of 2018, and have since been playing regularly around the Southern Alberta Punk scene, building a small but loyal fanbase.
Guitarist and Vocalist "Big" Brian Kostersky is the creative driving force behind Sessions, writing most of the riffs and lyrics. He's also our punk encyclopedia, knowing the scene better than any of the other members, and drawing influences from some of the greatest punk bands in the world.
Bassist and Vocalist James "High Times" Myer does some help with the creative work, writing a couple of songs and a few riffs. James learned about punk music in his early teens, but also draws his influence from the stoner rock and reggae scenes. "High Times" is an appropriate nickname.
Drummer and Vocalist Jason "The Old Guy" Warkentin is the band dad. He's also the glue that keeps it all together. His high intensity drumming is what gives Sessions their signature sound. His background in metal drumming gives him the chops to play fast, really fast. As our band slogan goes, "Like that, only faster."
