No Sleep for Lucy - Don't Let Go

Let us present No Sleep for Lucy, an alternative rock band from Stockholm, Sweden. The debut album 'Until the End', now ready for release, contains collaborations with 30 Seconds to Mars’ Stevie Aiello, Alice Cooper’s Tommy Henriksen, Grammy nominee Mark Holman (Daughtry, Three Days Grace etc.) and lots of other musical geniuses. 'Until the End' contains 12 epic, melodic and catchy songs with a large variety of layers when it comes to lyrics and musical atmosphere.

No Sleep for Lucy has been around the music scene for some time and have previously released the singles Feel Alive, Going Down and Closure, all of which have been voted into top-5 most wanted songs on Sweden's No. 1 rock radio station, Bandit Rock. The success also led to the band being nominated for a Bandit Rock Award in the category "This year’s breakthrough" in 2015.

AKA V - Sunlight

Also known under the name Vanessa Huneault, AKA V has always been proactive in making things happen. After growing up in a small town in Quebec where no one speaks English, she decided to hit the road at the age of twenty and packed up her bag to move to Ontario. She learned how to speak English and started a completely new life for herself. AKA V eventually moved to Toronto where she began to focus mostly on her musical career. She took singing lessons and started to play shows.

Determined to make it in the music industry, the singer decided to get an education in Audio Production and Engineering to understand how to record and master her own tracks. During that time, she also joined the Canadian rock band OzGoode and went on a national tour with them as their singer.

First Brawl - Lost

The band’s sound is a mix of old & new school hardcore, inspired by: Terror, Sick of It All, No Turning Back, Backfire!, Madball and To Kill.

Formed in 2014, First Brawl is an hardcore band born between Modena/Bologna with members of other old good hardcore punk band from Italy: Guido, Vittorio, Riccardo and Nico. In these two years the band playing around Italy, recorded a DIY promo and first full length entitled 'Full of Nothing', published by Indelirium Records. In late 2015 Nico and Riccardo left the band due to personal problems and First Brawl replaced them with Adolfo and Manfro. After line-up change First Brawl restart to strike again, with many shows everywhere and always with the same state of mind in true hardcore music spirit.

Avenue Rockers - Letters from New York

About The Video: The "Letters from New York" video was supposed to be released in the summer of 2016. All of the footage/ clips were LOST for about a year. Luna (vocals) typically likes to hide "important things" in his apartment before traveling. He hid the external drive with the files very well - so well, actually, that he himself couldn't find them...This video includes footage from tours, onstage and offstage . So here we are, a year late - enjoy!

Of Virtue - Ghost Town

Of Virtue is a passion project born in late 2008/early 2009. Since the release of their debut EP 'To Breathe Again', the band has embarked on several national DIY tours, 

played many notable festivals such as Warped Tour, Cornerstone etc, released 2011's 'Heartsounds' and 2015's 'Salvation' to much praise and acclaim. They have been featured in publications such as HM Magazine, Substream, Lambgoat, Sputnikmusic to name a few while honing on their atmospheric-meets-aggressive spin of the metal genre. 

2017 has brought about change in Of Virtue. They parted ways with singer Nick Maltby and brought in new vocalist Tyler Ennis formerly of the band Ground Tracer.

They have just released the first single with Tyler entitled "Ghost Town" on March 20th and will be embarking on a month long trek across the UK/Europe with Griever (UK) from May 17-June 13th. The band will be on tour in the fall stateside and also will be entering the studio to record the follow up record to 2015's "Salvation".

District Avenue - Revival

District Avenue is a hard rock band hailing out of the Tobique First Nation in New Brunswick, Canada.

The band fuses together themes ingrained in their aboriginal culture and societal constructs with the vibrant, ear-piercing sound of hard hitting modern rock. Forming the core of the band is three former 'Kickin' Krotch' members Mike Bernard on lead vocals, the multifaceted instrumentalist Sean Nicholas on drums, Kipp Sappier on lead guitar and Corey Nicholas on rhythm guitar. The core of District Avenue fortifies the band with their experiences of touring across Canada and Northwest USA in 2014, which spanned 30 cities. Their repertoire includes several nominations during 2014 including an East Coast Music Award for ‘Aboriginal Recording of the Year’, Indigenous Music Awards for ‘Best Rock Album', and they scored a #1 hit on the National Aboriginal Music Countdown. In the following year, they were nominated for 'Best New Artist' in the Indigenous Music Awards.

The fall of 2015, marked the inception of District Avenue's first release after Sean and Mike met with Toronto based producer Vic Branco of Iguana Studios. The studio has a rich history of working with platinum selling legends such as Gene Simmons (Kiss), Nelly Furtado and Billy Talent. As the band's collaborative musical journey began to unfold, challenges in composing and lyric writing appeared, but with the ambition to accomplish new heights, the band pressed onward. Sean crafted and composed the majority of the music for the album with contributions from Kipp, while Mike tapped into his stream of emotions from past life experiences and psychosocial motifs, channeling that energy into the lyrics. Collaboratively, District Avenue and their producer settled on the top eight songs for their debut album, moved on to planning their trip to Toronto’s Iguana Studios where they recorded/mixed 'Epoch'.

The group's dynamic musical taste and endearing demeanor takes audiences through a journey of an emotional frontier and fervently rocks the inner being while at the same time instilling strong and heavy messages inspired by the band’s personal surroundings and way of life. With a mission to prove to themselves and to others in doubt that it is never too late to chase your dreams. The band holds the mindset that when you stop dreaming, you stop living, and set out to craft thrill-riding songs that could move people.

District Avenue plans to release their first single 'Revival' and present to the world their incredible animated video. The video will be submitted to several film festivals for ‘Animated Short’ including TIFF. The band is currently working towards securing summer touring dates in 2017 including a few festival stops both in Canada and the US. District Avenue's sound and well executed music incandescently welcomes and capture the fascinated attention of audiences into its world.

Artist Biography: With a vocal style and guitar riffs that stamp “Made in England” across them it’s hard to imagine that these guys will not become a major player in the UK indie scene. It’s their no nonsense approach to music that stands them out from the crowd and breathes a breath of fresh air into a music scene that has become stifled with copycat internet bands that have become so popular over the past few years. Undadogz have also enjoyed working along side punk icons Marco Pirroni and Chris Constantinou on their 2007 hit "Cecilie"...which is available from iTunes and other download sites, Undadogz are still writing and colaborating with the ex ants on various projects in the studio..as well as mixing new and upcoming bands from their record label.

 Defender is a Post-Hardcore band formed in Baden Switzerland in 2014. The band decided to start this journey after the dissolving of their old bands. To create music, to share and to feel a sense of passion and emotions are probably the main reasons that keeps this band alive.

Defender is known for their explosive live-shows with a lot of passion, emotions, honesty, and heartblood...
